  • Our caterers 'Create food' design dishes sourcing only the highest quality seasonal and sustainable ingredients, prioritise suppliers who are artisanal small business from within London, introducing a fully electric fleet of vehicles to cut down on their carbon footprint.
  • Our event suppliers have sustainable and responsible solutions with recycling and waste minimisation solutions
  • Our trophies are made from recycled plastic.
  • Programmes are printed using FSC certified and Carbon Balanced paper via the World Land Trust's offsetting scheme.

The PPA Awards are for specialist media publishers in the UK. Work submitted must be published between 1 January 2023 and 31 January 2024, and originally published for the UK market. Material that first appeared in other media, such as newspapers and books, is not eligible. You can read the full terms and conditions here.

You can view the categories and criteria here . Select the categories you want to enter, you’ll then need to log in or create an account to continue to the entry form. You can save your progress and come back to complete your entry at a later date.

Within each entry you will be asked to detail your success in 500 words. Please ensure that you address each individual category criteria point, as this is what the judges will be scoring against. You will have the chance to upload three supporting documents. If you are providing links to information behind a data/pay wall, make sure to include login details so our judges can access the content.

Strong entries provide context to their results. We suggest you compare figures to previous years, your business plan, or to the rest of the market. Remember, values provide more context than percentages on their own. All information submitted within an entry will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of judging.
